We have a 7-day exchange and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or pm us at our social media platforms. We will address them on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on
1. Discounted sale items or gift cards.
2. Removed tags and/or without original packaging.
3. Visible sign of wear or use.
4. Change of mind or disliking the purchases.
5. Purchasing wrong size despite the measurements provided.
Exchanges
We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy to help you get the item you want.
To request an exchange, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order by sending an email to [email protected]. In your email, please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue with the item.
Our customer service team will assess your request and communicate the reason for the exchange. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that we can only process exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
However, please note that we only offer exchanges for a lower value item if the customer wishes to change to a different design. If the customer wants to exchange their product for a higher value item, they will need to pay the difference in price.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
