Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping fees may vary depending on the shipping destination and order total. We currently do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping except for Malaysia.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days for domestic livestream orders. Shipping time may vary depending on the shipping destination, livestream location and shipping carrier. Shipping for overseas livestream orders labelled as [PREORDER] will take 4-6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
Shipping Confirmation: We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and secure. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to reschedule delivery.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
